Service Description

We have had a lil revamp and zhuzh up of some of our class times and classes We are excited (and think you will be too!) to introduce to you Pole Flow on a Friday at 7-7:55pm. Come and connect with your divine feminine _(creative energies - both men & women welcome)._ Learn different pole routines that encompass a range of different styles, helping you to flow effortlessly between moves and build confidence on and off of the pole. Dress however makes you feel comfortable in your own skin, with wearing heels being encouraged but not mandatory _(worn at your own risk)_. Alternatively, just socks may be worn. Knee pads however are a must! Bring out your inner goddess and wear something a lil sexier or showing more skin than in other pole classes, or something that swishes and flows, or simply your normal pole clothes or a t-shirt and shorts - all styles and clothing preferences are welcome and encouraged here. Students are often amazing at how much more of a work out this class can feel compared to the other pole classes - so if you are looking for a great cardio & strength combo then this class is for you! To be comfortable in this class: 💫You must be able to do a basic invert. 💫You must bring along and wear knee pads. _(These can be bought for a nominal fee on amazon for basic ones, or for more comfortable higher quality one - pole junkie & other pole apparel sites)_ *18+yrs only

Cancellation Policy

24 hrs notice must be given if you wish to cancel or re-schedule. Cancellation after this will result in loss of your class credit. Class credits are non-refundable & non-transferable, for individual use only. You can manage your bookings online. Please text 07790575811 if less than 24 hrs notice to notify your instructor and so space can be offered to others waiting. Pole Affinity retains the right to cancel or change classes without prior notice. If less than 3 people are booked by 12 midday on day of class, then class will be cancelled. We will attempt to notify you at least 2hrs before scheduled start time of any class cancellations and credit your class back. Class Packs : You may cancel the re-occurring monthly subscription at anytime online via your account login. Please ensure if you get a new bank card to update your details as this will cause payment failure and cancellation of your subscription.
