This traditional yoga class honors the philosophy of yoga, as well as the physical side of your practice. You will learn how to connect to your practice through breath work, asana practice and meditation on your mat.
Welcoming and non competitive environment. Beginner friendly to intermediate. Adaptations of the postures will always be given on request so that you can progress at your own pace.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear something comfortable to stretch in.
