promise to be a whole lotta fun and consist of:

A warm-up, to get you in the mood physically & mentally
Teaching of a sexy pole dance routine to bring out the vixens in you!
Advanced demo of some pole moves
A sexy hot lap dance routine for you ladies to take home and practice on your partner.
Cool down and stretch
Opportunity to take photos
Certificate presentations
Absolutely No nudity or stripping involved.
Participants must be over 18 for Pole Parties or 16 with parental consent.
Pole Party
The Hen will be presented with a bottle of bubbly and certificates for all at the end.
Other parties available to choose from include:
Circus Skills: Chose from Aerial Hoop, Silks, Aerial Yoga, Trapeze or mix and match any 2!
Burlesque: learn the art of Burlesque, using various props, boas, gloves, stockings, putting together a Burlesque routine, & 1: 1 dancing (boas are provided)
Cheerleading: Learn a cheer chant, & dance routine using pom-poms- very energetic!
Dirty Dancing: Learn the moves to the songs from dirty dancing & you'll be busting them out later in the night when you hear the song!
Grease: Learn routines to classic Grease energetic tunes.
Thriller: For all you MJ Fans! Learn the Thriller Dance' Why not dress up as Zombies to get in the spirt of it!
All 2hr slots includes: changing time, completing paperwork, warm up, Learning chosen skill/ dance a break half way ending with a cooldown stretch.
Everyone will receive a certificate & the Hen shall receive a bottle of bubbly at the end of the session.
Feel free to dress up for theme of the party!

£20pp 5-12 people
£15pp for each person after that.
£10 pp Deposit payable (min of 5 people) payable one month in advance (non-refundable)
Final Balance payable on the day in cash.
