Service Description

Foundation skills using mini silks. Short and low silks training perfect for Beginner skills or Intermediates wishing to keep up some strength & practice. Learn climbs, wraps, pretty poses and combinations. Silks is a fantastic way to work on strength and flexibility. Please wear tight fitting layers : If is preferable to have the skin covered to prevent fabric burn! Wear Leggings and always bring a long sleeve top which you can put on if required. Age 14+ no upper age limit.
