Service Description

Can't make class? Then you can book this session and you will be sent a link to view a recording of the live session for you to practice at home in your own time. You will be e-mailed a link to view the recording online 24 - 72 hrs after the live class. Classes will remain up and available for viewing for 2 weeks from date sent out. In this 55 minute class we work on building strength, flexibility and balance. It is fantastic chilled out class which perfectly complements our other classes Expect sun salutations, flows , with a combination of yoga postures, deep stretches and Pilates exercises . Suitable for beginners to advanced. Fitness yoga incorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and Pilates exercises with an emphasis on fitness. This is not a spiritual experience and there is no dogma, chanting or philosophy attached to this workout. Focus is on developing: Stamina, Strength, Stability, Balance, Flexibility and Relaxation Using Sun Salutations, standing , seated and lying postures. Participants can expect to increases their flexibility greatly within 8 weeks and identify their core stabilizing muscles to use more effectively and efficiently when moving to improve posture and confidence. This is a dynamic class, expect to work up a bit of a sweat during some of our flows Venue: Pole Affinity Studio - Castle Street, Barnstaple Times: Mondays 6.15 -7.10pm Cost: £10 per class or can be booked with credits from monthly pricing plans Level: All abilities welcome we give a range of options for everyone in class from complete beginner to the advanced super strong and bendy. Cancellation Policy

24 hrs notice must be given if you wish to cancel or re-schedule. Cancellation after this will result in loss of your class credit. Class credits are non-refundable & non-transferable, for individual use only. You can manage your bookings online. Please text 07790575811 if less than 24 hrs notice to notify your instructor and so space can be offered to others waiting. Pole Affinity retains the right to cancel or change classes without prior notice. If less than 3 people are booked by 12 midday on day of class, then class will be cancelled. We will attempt to notify you at least 2hrs before scheduled start time of any class cancellations and credit your class back. Class Packs : You may cancel the re-occurring monthly subscription at anytime online via your account login. Please ensure if you get a new bank card to update your details as this will cause payment failure and cancellation of your subscription.
