Pole Parties promise to be a whole lotta fun and consist of

•  A warm-up, aerobic warmup with some short stretches
• Teaching of a sexy pole dance routine to bring out the vixens in you! 
• Advanced demo of some pole moves 
•  A chair dance for you ladies to take home and practice on your man!! 
• Cool down and stretch
• Opportunity to take photos
• Certificate presentations

The Hen will be presented with a bottle of bubbly and certificates for all at the end.

Absolutely No nudity or stripping  involved. 

Participants must be over 18 for Pole Parties

Other parties available to choose from include: 

•  Burlesque:  learn the art of Burlesque, using various props, boas, gloves, stockings, putting together a Bulesque routinue, & 1: 1 dancing
  
•  Cheerleading: Learn a cheer chant, & routine using pom-poms
  
•  Dirty Dancing: Learn the moves to the songs from dirty dancing & you'll be busting them out later in the night when you hear the song!
  
•  Grease: Learn routines to classic Grease energetic tunes.

 All 2hr slots includes: changing time, completing paperwork, warm up,  main component, break half way. Cooldown stretch,

Everyone will a certificate, & the hen shall recieve a bottle of bubbly & chocs at the end.

Feel free to dress up for theme of Hen party!
