Classes are kept small in numbers so you can recieve individual attention, minimum of 4 and max of 8-10 people per group.
Usually with only 2 people per pole so lot's of practice time- (many other schools have min 3-4  per pole some much more!)

Courses run in a progressive format from Beginners to Advanced, as everyone does not progress at the same rate there is the option to stay at the same level (at reduced rate) till competent at the moves and strong enough to move up.
This will be discussed on an individual basis with your instructor at the time as to whats right for you.
Generally class times /days will reamin the same as you progress up, however if there is not enough people to continue then groups may either mix to become muti-level or there is the option of private lessons or wait till the next group moves up.

 

Lesson Format

Warm-up, get the blood pumping, mobilize the joints, and stretch

Pole work- learn spins, transitions, routines

Strength work- Targeting muscles used for pole

Cool down and deeper stretches to improve flexibility.

These classes are one hour in length and and are to give you an idea of what it's all about, to give it a go before signing up to one of our courses.

These run for 6 weeks at a time,

Learn the basics of pole dance fitness, encorporates spins, transitions, strength building, flexibility training and routines

 

 Improvers Level 2 -  £55
A 6 week course, advancing on from the beginners, learning variations of moves and sequencing them together to form a routines. Preparation for inverted moves. Strength & flexibilty work.

Intermediate Level 3 -  £55 
Getting to grips with inverting & performing tricks
Must be competent at moves learnt in Levels 1 & 2 before progressing,  people progress at varying levels and speeds some may find it necessary to repeat courses or have extra tution)

Intermediate- Advanced Level 4  £55
Must be competent at Level 3 moves to progress onto this level.

Advanced Class    Pay monthly  £32  (4wks) / £10 drop -in

For students that have reached advanced level and wish to progress further, keep up practice, meet with other polers, perfect moves, perform routines, master new moves, and keep up a fun form of exercise that tones the whole body.

*Booking essential as places are limited.

Participants must be over 16yrs for fitness classes, 18yrs for Hen Parties.

Particpants must not be intoxicated by alcohol or any other substance

No jewelery, rings/piecings that cannot be removed must be covered with tape it is your responsibilty to do this proir to class.

Health questionnaries & disclaimers must be completed proir to joining any changes to personnel details must be disclosed  as an when.

ALL Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other courses

 

Missed Lessons- Payment is for the entire course, missed lessons will not be refunded, it may be possible to make up missed lessons on current course if there is another group running at the same level or level below,
or 
on the next course at same level- dependant on spaces
NB -Please phone/txt /e-mail if you cannot make a session so we know how many to expect , how many poles to put up, to offer the space to others who may have missed a session, and to offer alternate session to yourself if possible.

Deferring- It is possible to defer if once you start a course and cannot continue at current time, £10 deposit will be lost & must be paid again, one weeks notice must be given.

Refunds/Cancellations

Courses:      Partial refunds may be given once course has started in exceptional circumstances only ie with medical certificate where it is NOT possible to defer.
Weeks notice is still required & minus deposit.(max refund on £55 would be £35 Lessons attended will be charged at standard rate of £10)

Taster lessons:  72 hours notice must be given for refund, or to defer.

Private Lessons

24hrs notice  must be given to recieve refund or reschedual
-£15 will be charged if less than 24hrs notice is give
-Less than 2 hours notice  -Will be charged at FULL amount so....Please call if you cannot make the your session booked  asap! 

 

 Parties:   £60 Deposit payable one month in advance (non-refundable)
Full amount payable at least one week before &  non-refundable after this time.
