FREESTYLE FITNESS YOGA CLASSES

 

     As developed by Jayne Nicholls

 

Freestyle Fitness yoga encorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and Pilates exercises with an emphasis on fitness.
This is not a spiritual experience and there is no dogma, chanting or philosophy attached to this workout.

Focus is on developing:

Stamina, Strength, Stability, Balance, Flexibility and Relaxation

Participants can expect to increases their flexibilty greatly within 8 weeks and identify their core stabilizing muscles to use more effectively and efficiently when moving to improve posture and confidence.

 

 Venue:      Pole Affinity Studio       - Barnstaple       

Times:       Mondays 7.45pm -8.30pm
                  
Fridays    5.30pm -6.15pm

Cost:        £4 per class 
               
£28 per month for 2 classes per week . 
                  Also includes: Pole Circuits & Abs - Wednesdays 6.40pm for free!
NB.  
You must have attended at least one pole fitness beginners class to do Pole Circuits.
